Proposed project at Chowen and 44th in Linden Hills

A project is being proposed that encompasses the two parcels at 4409 Chowen Ave S and 3561 44th St W. The mixed-use project includes 18 apartment units and 1,850 square feet of commercial retail in a four-story building with 18 enclosed parking stalls. This project is not requesting any variances.
