The Annunciation Hope and Healing Fund is organized by the Catholic Community Foundation. The Minneapolis Foundation is supporting this effort with their text-to-give function, and all donations will be distributed to the Annunciation Hope and Healing Fund.

Flags at half-mast

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has ordered United States and Minnesota flags to fly at half-staff at all state buildings in the State of Minnesota immediately, in honor of the victims and their families.

In this time of tremendous loss, the Windom Community Council, our Windom neighborhood faith leaders, and surrounding neighborhood associations invite you to an informal gathering to connect and grieve in the wake of the tragic shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church.

The coffee and breakfast gathering is being hosted this Saturday, Aug., 30, 2025, by the Richfield United Methodist Church located at 5835 Lyndale Avenue S. from 9-10:30 a.m.

This is a drop in community grieving/loss support event with on-site mental health professionals to provide support. We encourage you to stay for a brief presentation at 9:40 a.m. as guest speakers share their wisdom on processing grief and trauma. Everyone is welcome.
