'The Fletcher' planned for West 44th Street

In December 2024, developers applied for zoning approvals of their proposed 15-unit condominium building, "The Fletcher", located at 2815, 2817, and 2821 West 44th Street.

The developers shared that their application is consistent with the overview they provided at the LHiNC Zoning and Housing Committee meeting in August. The proposed building is four stories tall with underground, enclosed parking. The building will have 15 for-sale condominium units and 30 planned parking spaces. At this time they are not aware of any variances required and they submitted for administrative site plan approval.
