Actually there is a vision for the Trolley Path ROW--the Trolley Path Naturescape--and it doesn't include parking for cars. Even before the Linden Hills Neighborhood Council provided a grant for the Naturescape, volunteer champions have been working hard for years to create a beautiful and sustainable native plant landscape for people and wildlife. It would be a shame to use this precious green space for parking.
